Kristen’s Approach
With a background in both yoga therapy and somatic healing, Kristen’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, and mindfulness. Her work emphasizes the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right conditions—safety, connection, and compassionate attention.
Students working with Kristen can expect a gentle, nurturing space where they are invited to move slowly, breathe deeply, and return to themselves with greater clarity and ease. Whether supporting someone through stress, chronic illness, anxiety, or grief, her approach is grounded, personalized, and always guided by the needs of the individual.
