“You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
Welcome!
In a world that often encourages disconnection—from our emotions, our bodies, and our inner voice—therapy with Monisha offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin to come home to yourself. As a trauma-informed and relational therapist, Monisha supports adults who are navigating life transitions, processing trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. Her approach is warm, grounded, and deeply compassionate.
If you're searching for a therapist who will honor your story, respect your pace, and support you in navigating both internal and external challenges, Monisha offers a safe, attuned, and empowering space to do just that.

Monisha’s Approach
Monisha’s therapeutic approach integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered care, drawing from trauma-informed and holistic frameworks. She believes that healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s “wrong,” but from understanding and embracing one’s whole self. In her work with clients, she tends to both mind and body, helping people build resilience, self-trust, and a deeper sense of connection—to themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
Rituals: daily gratitude, iced vanilla oatmilk latte, evening cup of tea, skincare, sweet treats, candles
