Requirements
Master's degree and requisite state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Limited Permit holders)
Full-Time Availability: This position requires 35 hour per week schedule availability with 30 client sessions expected to be scheduled weekly. Supervision will require an additional 1-2 hours weekly.
Focused Commitment: Except under special, disclosed circumstances, we require full-time staff not to have other jobs outside of Repose. We believe this helps create a better work-life balance and fosters a stronger team culture.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment or a hybrid setup at our Pleasantville, New York office
Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet, and a professional appearing and private virtual workspace free from distractions
Ability to attend weekly supervision Mondays 12-1 pm EST
Adaptability to technology, software platforms, and operating systems
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through; abides by practice policies and procedures

Our therapists deliver an average of 30 hours of direct client care (individual/group) per week and commit to weekly supervision while being eligible for the following benefits:
Remote-first practice and clinician-led scheduling
Practice is licensed to provide telehealth to NJ clients - no additional license is required by our therapists.
Professional Development: Access to an extensive library of training resources and staff-led workshops; option to participate in education contracts to receive training in EMDR, EXRP for OCD, and Gottman Level I and II among others.
Supervision: Group and individual supervision to gain hours toward independent licensure; crisis support

Marketing Support: We help build your client base via marketing strategies, paid directories, and our insurer and university partnerships
Crisis Support for Clinicians: While Repose does not offer crisis response services and we exercise due diligence in screening clients during our intake process, we support our clinicians during a crisis by having a comprehensive crisis response process in place including access to your supervisor

Competitive Pay: Ranging from $40 to $90 per hour, this is a fee-for-service position that allows therapists to determine their earning potential.
Annual earning potential is dependent on license with full-time fully licensed employees earning 6 figures.
