Somatic Experiencing™
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Yoga-informed therapy
Breathwork and meditation techniques
This holistic approach allows us to offer comprehensive care for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
A Philosophy of Self-Actualized Healing
While our professional practice is rooted in science, we honor the mystery of being — embracing the connection between mind, body, and spirit as the foundation for healing. We set the conditions for deep safety, allowing our clients to shift from thinking into awareness. By attuning to the body’s innate wisdom, the authentic self emerges, ready to seek the limitless possibilities of transformation.
