Preparation

The work begins by building trust with your therapist and strengthening the internal and external resources that help you feel grounded, steady, and supported. This foundation allows deeper exploration to unfold gradually and at a pace your system can manage.

Process

With the foundation in place, you can begin processing unresolved experiences by gently working with the emotions, memories, beliefs, and body sensations connected to them. Your therapist helps you remain grounded as deeper material emerges.

Integration

As your experiences become more integrated, you may feel greater steadiness, choice, and trust in your body. You carry this growing capacity into your relationships, your work, and everyday life, supported by practices that stay with you well beyond therapy.
