“Sometimes the things that protect us from pain become double-edged swords, but you don’t have to be your own enemy.”
Welcome!
Alice grew up in the in-between—moving back and forth between the USA and China—and understands firsthand the uncertainty and disorientation that can come with new places, cultures, life stages, or identities. This lived experience informs her deep commitment to helping others find the parts of themselves they can rely on, and to fall in love with who they are through it all. Her work centers on honoring the beauty of each person’s experience while equipping them with the skills to move through life’s more difficult moments.
She believes that the process of healing and learning what it means to truly care for oneself is both challenging and deeply rewarding. With compassion and warmth, she creates a space where clients can explore, grieve, rage, or find joy as they confront and accept all parts of themselves.
Alice’s clinical approach is culturally attuned and grounded in compassion, particularly in her work with individuals navigating trauma, OCD, and the complex intersections of identity, family dynamics, and mental health. She specializes in supporting clients to unlearn patterns rooted in fear and shame, cultivate safety in their bodies and relationships, and reconnect with their agency and self-trust. Her practice integrates evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and trauma-informed care, all held with deep respect for each client’s cultural background and lived experience.

How Alice Can Support You
Alice offers a trauma-informed, culturally attuned approach that blends evidence-based practices with mind-body awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.
With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps reframe unhelpful thoughts. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), clients learn to sit with difficult emotions and take values-based action. EMDR supports the processing of past trauma, while Internal Family Systems (IFS) fosters connection and healing between different parts of the self.
Across all modalities, Alice’s work is anchored in cultural humility and respect. She is committed to ensuring that therapy feels safe, relevant, and affirming for people from all backgrounds. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, identity exploration, or relationship challenges, Alice offers a warm, collaborative space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your sense of agency.
