“There is often a gap between what the body is truly capable of and of what the mind has been conditioned to believe it is not.
The bridging of this gap where healing occurs as one meets oneself at the edge of who they are and who they are meant to be, free of conditionality.”
Welcome!
Myda guides individuals to reconnect with their innate capacity to heal through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and crystal singing bowls. Her practice supports clients in bridging the gap between the mind’s conditioned limitations and the body’s natural potential.
With training in Functional Anatomy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Sound Healing, Myda facilitates transformation by releasing tension, cultivating clarity, and restoring harmony. Guided contemplation, sound therapy, and mindful movement help the body and mind access higher frequencies of joy, love, and well-being.
Myda’s integrative approach empowers the body, restores balance, and supports each individual in embracing their fullest potential.

Myda’s Approach
Myda’s classes are guided by two central questions: How can individuals live a more embodied life, and how can they live a more inspired life? Using the body, mind, breath, and sound as tools for personal exploration, she supports participants in uncovering their own capacities for growth and healing. Her approach emphasizes applying this knowledge to enhance the ability to navigate whatever may prevent one from fully residing in that capacity.
