“Healing is not about fixing; it is about transforming our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.”
Welcome!
Lindsay offers a grounded, compassionate presence for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or disconnected from their bodies. Many of her clients have done the thinking and talking, yet still sense something within them hasn’t shifted. Whether someone is carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, or a quiet, unnamed exhaustion, Lindsay creates a space to slow down and gently listen to what the body has been holding. She believes the parts of us that need healing the most are often the ones that haven’t yet had the chance to speak.

How Lindsay Can Support You
Lindsay supports clients in reconnecting with their body’s innate wisdom and navigating their healing journey at a pace that feels safe and attuned. Through somatic therapy, she helps clients build awareness of their nervous system and find new ways of relating to themselves with compassion. Sessions might include tuning into breath, sensation, or posture, exploring how emotions show up physically, or releasing stuck survival energy. Lindsay works with clients experiencing anxiety, numbness, chronic tension, grief, disconnection, or trauma—and invites each person to bring their full self into the room.
Influences: mindfulness, Peter Levine, Gabor Mate, Mary Oliver, Esther Perel
Lindsay’s Approach
Lindsay’s approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in deep respect for how humans adapt in order to survive. She sees symptoms not as signs that something is broken, but as intelligent responses from a system doing its best to protect. Rather than focusing on what is wrong, Lindsay guides clients to reconnect with what is wise and intact within them. Her work blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and relational depth to foster curiosity, presence, and healing. Therapy with Lindsay is a process of exploring not just in words, but through the rhythms and truths of the body.
Rituals: morning matcha, breath-work, nature walks, dancing, meditation
Why Work With Me?
Lindsay believes healing happens in relationship—through trust, consent, and collaboration. She does not offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, but instead co-creates a space where clients feel safe enough to explore, express, and return to themselves, again and again. Her warm, thoughtful presence invites clients to move at their own pace and to be met with care and curiosity. For anyone sensing that something inside is ready to shift, Lindsay offers a steady and intuitive presence on the path toward transformation and coming home to oneself.
