
BIPOC Body Positivity Group
This is an 8-week group providing education and support to uncover the messages that have influenced your relationship with food, exercise and body. You will build the tools and skills to accept and trust your body while practicing intuitive eating and exercise. By the end of this group you will be able to acknowledge influences that have contributed to your current perspective of your body and identify shifts in perspective that can cultivate acceptance of your body.

When: Weekly on Mondays at 5:00PM EST
Where: Held virtually on our secure video platform
Who: Led by Sohni Patel and Lindsey Washington
Investment: $75 per session out-of-network; In-network with Wellfleet (serving the student bodies at New York University, School of Visual Arts, and Sarah Lawrence College, among others) and Aetna Student Health insurance (serving the student bodies at Columbia University, Pratt Institute, and FIT, among others).
