Our class offerings draw upon the wisdom of eastern traditions of yoga, meditation, and breath work. All classes combine a thoughtful sequence of restorative practices, movement, meditation, and breath work to focus, release tension, and deeply ground you.
Ritual
Our signature therapeutic movement class to sweat, meditate & breathe. Ritual is a grounding, breath-led practice that invites you into a rhythmic flow, where movement mirrors inner stillness. Rooted in traditional yoga, this class emphasizes the connection between breath, sensation, and energy, creating a space where your body becomes both guide and resource.
You’ll move through intentional postures, with a focus on somatic awareness and a steady pace that allows for deeper listening inward. This practice leaves you with a lasting sense of serenity. Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but modifications are always available to meet you where you are.
Ritual is a practice of remembering—coming home to your breath, body, and energy.
Rise— align, breathe & flow
Step into your day with clarity and intention. Rise is a full-body warm-up practice designed to anoint and align both muscles and the mind, preparing you for the day ahead with grace and vitality. Blending elements of Yin yoga, breathwork, and fluid movement, this practice nourishes connective tissues, tones and lengthens fascia, and awakens your nervous system for sustained energy and focus. More than just movement, Rise is an invitation to discover infinite possibilities within the spaciousness of your own beautiful vessel, setting the tone for a day of presence, ease, and embodied awareness.

Release— candlelight
A Candlelight Yin Yoga Practice for Physical & Emotional Recovery, a therapeutic practice designed to support recovery, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Through long-held postures, gentle breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, it aids joint and muscle recovery, reduces stress, and encourages emotional release. Set in a calming candlelight atmosphere, Release offers a peaceful space for healing and reconnection, whether you're recovering from intense activity or simply seeking restoration
Radiance
A powerful fusion of movement, mindfulness, and emotional release, Radiance invites you into a deeply embodied experience that awakens your strength, softens your resistance, and reconnects you to your inner light.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and elevated through modern intensity, this class blends breath-driven flow, interval-based HIIT movement, core activation, and sacred stillness to create a transformative, heart-opening journey.

Rest & Recover
A yoga therapy experience for body and mind
Rest & Recover is a gentle, somatic-based yoga therapy class led by a certified and experienced yoga therapist. Designed to support the body’s innate healing capacity, this class weaves together breath-led movement, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness to create space for both physical relief and emotional restoration.
Rooted in the principles of yoga therapy and somatic psychology, this class is especially supportive for those navigating:
Chronic pain or tension, Burnout and nervous system dysregulation, Grief or emotional fatigue, Recovery from illness, injury, or surgery and Periods of transition or overwhelm.
Respire
A guided breathwork journey for regulation, release, and renewal
Respire is a breathwork class designed to teach you how to use your breath as a powerful ally—for emotional regulation, energetic movement, and deep nervous system support. Through guided techniques, this class empowers you to move through stuck-ness, shift your inner state, and reconnect with a sense of spaciousness and strength.
This class is particularly helpful for those of us who sit or stand for long periods of time.
Therapeutic Yoga for Grief & Loss
A gentle class that helps support you through your process of grief. Grief has been described as love that is looking for a home. It can weigh you down emotionally, physically, and spiritually, making you feel as though your world has been broken apart. While the sadness from loss may never leave us, we can transform it. Whether you are struggling with the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a life transition that involves letting go, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapeutic Yoga for Grief & Loss will help you honor the depth of emotion that can only be found in the absence of something or someone you love. Together we will release the pain of our experience and move through acceptance to find peace.
