A combination of DBT methods and art therapy where individuals will learn the skills to improve communication, build stress tolerance and gain self- confidence in a non-judgmental setting. Our DBT Art Therapy Group is also an excellent adjunct to treatment for clients who are engaged in their own individual therapy.

Time: Mondays 6:00 - 7:30 pm EST
