Healing Space for Global Events

Our Healing Space for Global Events is a 4-week group for individuals affected by global events, trauma, stress, grief, and emotional turbulence. This group offers psychoeducation, peer support, a sense of community, and a culturally sensitive environment to empower clients with knowledge of trauma and coping strategies to foster emotional resilience and well-being.

This group is a place for emotional processing, holding space for all viewpoints. We ask that those interested in joining the group refrain from religious or political advocacy during our time together. We recognize the grief and suffering present in this global conflict and honor each human’s experiences, acknowledging that these experiences may differ from our own.
