Pronouns: She/Her/hers

“Working with hearts, minds, and bodies is an expression of art. We are both truth-seekers to the core. Together we sculpt, transforming our shapes - both artists, both clay. We evolve and the universe renews.”

I have over fifteen years of experience guiding individuals towards more productive, balanced, and meaningful lives. I offer compassionate guidance through times of transition whether you are a young professional navigating life in New York City, a new mother adjusting to parenthood, or have recently experienced the loss of a loved one. If you are anxious, stressed-out, depressed, or going through one of life's many challenges that bring people to therapy, I provide support to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and make the changes you desire.

My expertise lies in the treatment of Anxiety and Stress Management, Loss and Grief, and Trauma. I have completed extensive postgraduate training in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Perinatal Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Ongoing Maternal Wellness, and Sexual Trauma. As an integrative mind-body therapist, my treatment methodology incorporates embodied healing modalities such as breathwork, guided meditation, and restorative yoga to enrich the therapeutic experience. These powerful, body-based therapeutic tools relax and balance a wired nervous system which radically alleviates the somatic symptoms of chronic stress that accompanies anxiety, depression, and emotional trauma.

Through empowering my clients to understand how to work with the physical body while providing the relational support of psychodynamic psychotherapy, they experience the profound benefits of therapy more rapidly and with deeper awareness. By becoming an expert in the interconnectedness between the mind and body, endless opportunities for growth and transformation become possible.
