Kaely Phelps

licensed Clinical social worker (LCSW)
Pronouns: She/Her/hers

“The process of healing is not linear. There will inevitably be challenges and setbacks along the way; part of the process is learning to overcome these moments and recognize your strength and progress in doing so”

My role as your therapist is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for self-exploration and healing. Whether you are experiencing a challenging life transition, difficulty in relationships, looking to change unhealthy habits, or just want to get to know yourself better and integrate mental wellness into your overall health.

I am here to support you with space and tools to recognize your own strengths and realize your potential for happiness. I believe that healing is most effective when all aspects of ourselves are aligned - mind, body, and spirit; therefore, my therapeutic approach is holistic, mindful, psychodynamic, collaborative, goal-oriented, and integrative.
