Something has shifted in how we live.
The pace is faster. The noise is louder. And somewhere in the middle of managing it all, many of us have lost the thread back to ourselves.
We are wired for connection, for depth, for presence. But the world we inhabit moves faster than our nervous systems were designed to handle. When nothing slows down long enough to let us land, we adapt by going numb, going through the motions, or disappearing into the endless scroll.
Repose group sessions offer a way back in.
Rooted in nervous system science and evidence-based practices, our somatic group sessions help integrate the work of individual therapy, and can support building self-regulation, resilience and connection. Some group sessions may be covered by insurance.
The Body Remembers.
Every moment you had to hold it together. Every relationship that stretches you past your limits. Every time you pushed through when what you needed was to pause. It doesn't disappear – it settles into your physiology, quietly shaping how you respond, how you connect, and how alive you feel.
Healing work doesn’t live in retelling your story — it unfolds through the body, in the quiet shifts you begin to feel when your body has more capacity to process.
How do somatic group sessions help?
Because Healing Happens from the Inside Out
Our classes are designed as an extension of the therapeutic process — the place where insight becomes something you can actually feel. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, breath work restorative, yin, and yoga nidra practices, each class is built around one foundational skill: interoception. The ability to sense your internal experience in real time. To recognize the difference between activation and ease, between bracing and landing, between managing and genuinely being here.
When you develop this capacity, something opens.
You begin to stay present with sensation rather than moving away from it. To feel your emotions without being swept away. To find safety within your own nervous system — not just in the absence of difficulty, but across the full range of your experience.
In a world that has outsourced our attention to screens, urgency, and relentless pace, this practice offers something rare: the experience of coming home to yourself.
That shift doesn't stay on the mat. It moves into your relationships, your capacity for genuine connection, your ability to access pleasure and depth rather than just getting through the day. It is the difference between surviving and actually being here.

No prior experience is necessary
This work stands on its own, and deepens naturally alongside therapy. It is for anyone who has felt the pull toward something more. More connection, more presence, more ease. This is meant for anyone ready to become fluent in the language of their own experience.
Deepen the breath. Soften the body. Calm the mind.
This is where your story begins.
What To Expect
Repose classes are guided, inward-facing experiences designed to help you explore your internal landscape.
Rather than focusing on sharing personal narratives, we orient toward what is happening in real time within the body. Sensation, breath, and subtle shifts in your nervous system become the entry point for change.
Whether you’re joining us in person or virtually, this space is designed to support your system in softening, settling, and opening at your own pace.
Each class weaves together somatic awareness and nervous system regulation practices, guided in real time through sensation, breath, and subtle internal shifts. Slow, intentional movement and stillness, including restorative shapes and unhurried rest. Breathwork and contemplative practices to support regulation and grounding. Choice-based pacing — you are always invited to follow your own lead. And the quiet support of shared presence, because there is something that happens in a room full of people doing this work together that you cannot replicate alone.
