“There is often a gap between what the body is truly capable of and of what the mind has been conditioned to believe it is not.
The bridging of this gap is where healing occurs - as one meets oneself at the edge of who they are and who they are meant to be, free of conditionality.”
Welcome!
Lets create a sacred space together, allow me to be a guide and hold space as you give yourself the time to live within your truth through movement, breathe, and self-awareness.

Myda’s Approach
My practice is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and breath is a pathway to presence. Through Kemetic yoga and intentional, grounded movement, I support others in reconnecting with their bodies, quieting the mind, and honoring the wisdom within. Each class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and cultivate a deeper sense of alignment—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

About Myda El-Maghrabi
I’m a personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, and certified Kemetic yoga instructor, born and raised in New York City. Since 2006, I’ve been deeply rooted in the world of fitness and wellness, drawing from a background in physical therapy assistance, physical education, and athletics.
My journey began through sports—playing football and running track at both the high school and collegiate levels—which sparked a lasting passion for movement, healing, and strength. That passion evolved into professional certifications in personal training, holistic nutrition, and yoga, allowing me to support others in cultivating resilience, balance, and long-term well-being.
Holistic wellness is more than a profession—it’s a way of life that I’m honored to share through my work with others.
